Times and costs.

• Italy: delivery in 5 to 8 working days with a tracked courier. Shipping is free, with no minimum spend.
• European Union: a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Rest of the world: a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking. You receive the tracking code by email as soon as the parcel ships. If the parcel appears stuck or delayed, write to us: we will chase it with the courier ourselves.

Delivery problems. Check the parcel on delivery: if the packaging is damaged, accept it subject to inspection and contact us within 48 hours with a few photos. We replace or refund products that arrive damaged, no argument.
