What are MERIDIO watches made of?
A high-quality polycarbonate case: extremely light, shock resistant and hypoallergenic. After a few minutes you forget it is on your wrist.
Are the watches water resistant?
Yes, they are rated 3 ATM: rain, washing your hands and everyday life are no problem. Avoid diving, showering and saunas.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free across Italy, with no minimum spend. For other countries a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery takes 5 to 8 working days with a tracked courier: the tracking code arrives by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Write to us, we will send you the instructions and refund the full amount to your original payment method. The watch must be undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging.
What warranty do the watches come with?
2 years on the movement and manufacturing defects. The warranty card is included in the box. The warranty does not cover normal wear, impacts or improper use.
Is the strap adjustable or replaceable?
Yes: a standard 20 mm quick-release fitting. It adjusts and swaps in seconds, with no tools.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay. Every transaction is encrypted: we never see or store your card details.
How do I change the battery?
The quartz movement uses a standard battery that lasts 2 to 3 years on average. Any watchmaker can replace it in a few minutes at minimal cost.
